Peter McGoey, MFT, Has been case-manager for people in recovery at Cottage Hospital for 38 years, has been teaching Centering Prayer for the past 10 years and has led many 12-step retreats. Since 1979, Peter has worked at Santa Barbara’s Cottage Hospital and is currently the Primary Counselor for the Alcohol and Chemical Dependency Outpatient Program (COPE).
Radhule Weininger, MD, Ph.D., Radhule Weininger, MD, Ph.D., clinical psychologist and teacher of Buddhist meditation and Buddhist psychology, is the guiding teacher of the One Dharma Sangha. She is mentored by Jack Kornfield in her teaching and by Joanna Macy in her interest in Engaged Buddhism. With Michael Kearney she founded the non-profit Mindful Heart Programs and teaches at SB High Schools and holds 2-year Mindfulness Facilitator Trainings at UCSB and in the SB Community. Besides regular weekly meditation groups, she organizes the Solidarity and Compassion town hall meeting.
